Call our store at
(818) 764-9506 (11am to 7pm PST) to place your order. Game Dude
has a minimum of $15.00 before adding shipping and sales tax
(where applicable) on credit card orders.
For your protection
against fraud, credit card orders will only be shipped to
the billing address of the card holder (this is the address
where you receive your credit card statement). If you would like
to order something and have it shipped to another address you
will have to place your order by mail and make payment by check
or money order only.
We are sorry, but
we are unable to accept credit cards for most international orders.
Please call us or e-mail us for details on placing an order
from outside of the USA. We will accept credit card orders to
Canada only if the billing address is a street address (no PO
boxes).
Placing Your Order
By Mail
We recommend that
you call us at (818) 764-9506 (11am to 7pm PST) or e-mail us before sending in your order to verify
the prices of the games you want. Please note that our prices can sometimes change daily. After you are quoted prices for your
order, please ask our salesperson to give you an authorization
number. The "auth number" guarantees the quoted prices
for ten days. Please be aware that this authorization number
only guarantees the price of the games you are ordering,
it does not guarantee the availability of the games. Any
order received without an authorization number will be processed
at the current price for the day that we receive your order!
On a regular piece
of paper, write down the following information:
Your name and address
The system you
are ordering games for
Whether you are
ordering the games new or used
If the games must
be in the original boxes or not
If you require
the instructions and/or maps
The price you were
quoted for the games
Your authorization
number
Our inventory of
games changes every day. For best results, list alternate game
selections in case we are sold out of your first choice. When
calculating the total cost of your order, do not forget to add
8.25% sales tax (if in California) and shipping charges. Please
read the section on Shipping Information for help in calculating
the correct shipping charges.
If we do not have
all the games you requested in stock, we will hold your order
for up to two weeks in an attempt to fill your order. If after
two weeks your order is still not complete, we will ship your
partial order and credit your account for the remaining funds,
unless you specify that you would like a refund instead. All
orders paid by check or money order requesting a refund will
not be issued until 15 business days after we have deposited
your check or money order.
Paying by check?
All personal checks
are verified with Certegy Check Services and require the following
information: an imprinted name, a street address (no PO
boxes) and a telephone number. If your check is missing this
information, or if we are otherwise unable to authorize your
check, your order will be held for 15 business days to allow
for verification of funds. Please note: Checks returned unpaid
by your financial institution are subject to a service charge of
$25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient
or uncollected funds, together with service charges, may be debited
electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft
drawn from your account.
Paying by money order?
Game Dude accepts
only POSTAL MONEY ORDERS. These are available at most
post offices. If you send us a different type of money order,
such as one from a supermarket or convenience store, your order
will be held for 15 business days to allow for verification of
funds.

Placing Your Order By E-Mail
Simply e-mail a list of what you would like to
order, along with your name and complete mailing address, to
gamedude@gamedude.com. Our e-mail representative will give you
a price quote including shipping and/or taxes. Payment arrangements
may also be discussed via e-mail. E-mail orders may be paid by
a major credit card, personal check or Postal money order. Sorry,
we do not accept PayPal.
Placing Your Order
By Fax:
Please send orders
by fax only if you are paying with a credit card or with money
you already have on a "Game Dude account". There is
no need to fax in an order that is being paid by personal check
or Postal money order; simply include your order form when you
send in your payment.
When faxing in a credit
card order, please include:
Your name. (We can only accept credit card orders
from the cardholder)
Billing Address
of your credit card.
